I've always had a great experience with Dr Woolsey. During the past 10 years I followed her from another office. She's always taking care of me with great service and explaining what has been going on with my eyes as I've grown older and retired.
Dr. wolsey is the best. Have been seeing her for eight years. I am very confident in her analysis of my eyes.
Had both eyes done(back to back) So far seams great. Staff from the front desk to the nurses to the doctor were friendly, well trained and for me they were on time for all appointments and surgery. I was impressed with the whole staff The place to go for your eye 👁️ issues Thanks
Doctor Darcy and I have been seeing each other for over 6 years. I will miss her looking deep into my eyes, all be it, one at a time with a bright light. Excellent surgeon and doctor. Happy Trails (Ski Trails), until we meet again!
I really like Dr. Wolsey. I have been going to doctors for my eyes for many many years and she is my favorite. She did my cataract surgery. She takes time to be thorough. I really do not want to go to anyone else.
*This review is by Tom Monfrooy Jr., Dr. Wolsey's patient. I first became aware of Dr. Wolsey about twelve years ago when she removed my dad's cataracts. We both appreciated how well she treated hi, and the very positive results he had from those surgeries. I made an appointment shortly thereafter to have her check my vision, which was not very good at that time. After examining my eyes, Dr. Wolsey concluded that I had keratakonis in both eyes. However, I also had abrasions in the left eye from the contact lens I had been wearing which had fit too closely to the lens. Soon after, she scheduled a cornea transplant in my left eye. Shortly after that had healed, she performed a cataract removal in the left eye as well. She brought my vision up to 20/20 without a contact lens or glasses. I have had no problems with that transplant for the past ten years. I recentlly received her letter indicating that she would soon be leaving the Eye Institute. To me, it sounded as if she were being terminated, wbich I believe is a monumental mistake. From my experience witih Dr. Wolsey, I doubt that you have any surgeons who are as good as she is. Just observing her tiny hands gave me confidence that she could easily handle delicate surgery. Recently she and I had discussed cornea transplant for my right eye and cataract removal on that eye, also. I don't want to have another surgeon operate on my eyes. In the approximately ten years that I have been coming to the Eye Institute to see Dr. Wolsey, she has always been professional with me, always giving consideration to my concerns. I hope your administration will find a way to solve any differences they are having in regards to Dr. Wolsey in order for her to remain with your organization. I would like to continue my relationship with the Eye Institute as well, which would require your retention of Dr. Wolsey. Respectfully, Tom F. Monfrooy, Jr.
I've been a patient of Dr. Wolsey for several years. She is always professional, personable, and will take the time necessary to answer questions. She did my cataract surgery and did an excellent job! I followed her directions completely and didn't have any problems. I highly recommend her...she's fantastic!!
Super service sorry Wolsey is moving.
Dr. Wolsey was my ophthalmologist for several years at the Eye Institute of Utah. She was extremely professional, attentive and friendly. I felt very comfortable that I was getting the best eye care possible with her as my doctor.
Dr. Wolsey is infinitely knowledgeable and patient. She doesn't rush through the appointment. She did cataract surgery on both my eyes and my eyesight is great!
